Online Nutrition Only Coaching: From €128/month

Online Nutrition & Training Coaching: From €148/month​

I recommend everyone to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks coaching as a starting point (this can be paid monthly or up front) but I understand that not everyone wants to commit to this duration so the minimum commitment term for your coaching is 8 weeks.​

How does it work?

After you enquire, I will send you my information pack which covers everything from packages & pricing, to how the coaching process works. If you then choose to sign up, you will receive an in-depth online consultation form to get to know you, your goals & how best I can help. From here I will put together your starting nutrition/ nutrition & training plans.

The nutrition approach taken will vary hugely from client to client but will usually involve either sample days of eating with options for each meal, nutrition tracking or simply habit based changes. We also may use a combination of 2 or more of those things or move between the approaches as we progress on your coaching journey. I am a firm believer that progress can be made while eating food that you enjoy, that covers your nutritional needs and that you can prepare conveniently without needing to spend hours in the kitchen.

The optional training plan will be fully tailored to you, based on your goals, the equipment you have available (be it home or gym based), your past training and injury history, etc. Each training plan comes with a video link explaining each exercise.

Lifestyle factors such as sleep, menstrual cycle, digestion, stress, time management etc are often overlooked and these will be monitored & worked on throughout the coaching process as needed.

A weekly check-in sheet including a daily tracker log is used, which is tone of he most vital part of the coaching journey. It's simple to use and provides us with great insight into how everything is unfolding. From your check-in sheet, I will be able to see exactly how your week has gone and what we need to change for the week ahead, if anything. Each week you will receive an in-depth video feedback of your check-in!

Unlimited support via WhatsApp or email is available for any doubts, questions, advice or encouragement that might be needed. This is key for accountability which is often what people struggle with the most.
